(1) A person with a permit of any kind to carry a concealed firearm may not carry a concealed firearm in the following locations:

- Person: means :(24)(a) an individual;(24)(b) an association;(24)(c) an institution;(24)(d) a corporation;(24)(e) a company;(24)(f) a trust;(24)(g) a limited liability company;(24)(h) a partnership;(24)(i) a political subdivision;(24)(j) a government office, department, division, bureau, or other body of government; and(24)(k) any other organization or entity. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5(1)(a) any secure area prescribed in Section 76-10-523.5 in which firearms are prohibited and notice of the prohibition posted;(1)(b) any airport secure area as provided in Section 76-10-529; or(1)(c) any house of worship or in any private residence where dangerous weapons are prohibited as provided in Section 76-10-530.
(2) Notwithstanding Subsection 76-10-505.5(4), a person under the age of 21 with a permit of any kind to carry a concealed firearm may not carry a concealed firearm on or about school premises, as defined in Subsection 76-10-505.5(1)(a).
