(1) Each individual licensed as a professional land surveyor shall be required to complete a program of qualifying continuing professional education in accordance with standards defined by rule.

Terms Used In Utah Code 58-22-304

  • Land: includes :
         (18)(a) land;
         (18)(b) a tenement;
         (18)(c) a hereditament;
         (18)(d) a water right;
         (18)(e) a possessory right; and
         (18)(f) a claim. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
  • Professional engineer: means a person licensed under this chapter as a professional engineer. See Utah Code 58-22-102
  • Professional land surveyor: means an individual licensed under this chapter as a professional land surveyor. See Utah Code 58-22-102
  • Professional structural engineer: means a person licensed under this chapter as a professional structural engineer. See Utah Code 58-22-102
(2) Each individual licensed as a professional engineer or professional structural engineer may be required to complete a program of qualifying continuing professional education in accordance with standards defined by rule.
