(1) The chief information officer shall appoint a chief information security officer.
Terms Used In Utah Code 63A-16-210
- Chief information officer: means the chief information officer appointed under Section 63A-16-201. See Utah Code 63A-16-102
- Department: means the Department of Government Operations. See Utah Code 63A-1-103
(2) The chief information security officer described in Subsection (1) shall:
(2)(a) assess cybersecurity risks;
(2)(b) coordinate with executive branch agencies to assess the sensitivity of information; and
(2)(c) manage cybersecurity support for the department and executive branch agencies.
