(1) There is created a body politic and corporate to be known as the State Building Ownership Authority composed of:

- Authority: means the State Building Ownership Authority created by this part. See Utah Code 63B-1-303
- Division: means the Division of Facilities Construction and Management. See Utah Code 63B-1-303
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(1)(a) the governor;
(1)(b) the state treasurer; and
(1)(c) the executive director of the Department of Government Operations.
(2) A member may not receive compensation or benefits for the member’s service, but may receive per diem and travel expenses in accordance with:

(3)(a) Upon request, the division shall provide staff support to the State Building Ownership Authority.
(3)(b) The State Building Ownership Authority may seek and obtain independent financial advice, support, and information from the state financial advisor created under Section 67-4-16.
