(1) All expenses incurred by the state under this chapter may be paid:
Terms Used In Utah Code 63B-1b-701
- Agency bonds: means any bond, note, contract, or other evidence of indebtedness representing loans or grants made by an authorizing agency. See Utah Code 63B-1b-102
- Appropriation: The provision of funds, through an annual appropriations act or a permanent law, for federal agencies to make payments out of the Treasury for specified purposes. The formal federal spending process consists of two sequential steps: authorization
- Revenue bonds: means any special fund revenue bonds issued under this chapter. See Utah Code 63B-1b-102
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(1)(a) in the case of expenses incurred under Section 63B-1b-302 , from the proceeds of the liquidation of agency bonds; and
(1)(b) in the case of expenses incurred under Section 63B-1b-402 , from the proceeds of sale of revenue bonds.

(2)(a) Any expenses incurred by the state under this chapter that are not paid from the proceeds of the liquidation of agency bonds or the issuance of state revenue bonds shall be paid from the revolving funds of the authorizing agencies.
(2)(b) These expenses are not a charge to or an appropriation from the General Fund.
