Terms Used In Utah Code 72-10-307
- Public agency: means the United States government or any of its agencies, a state or its agencies, a municipality or other political subdivision, or a tax-supported organization. See Utah Code 72-10-301
The governing body of any public agency having power to appropriate and raise money is authorized to appropriate, and to raise by taxation or otherwise, sufficient money to carry out the provisions and purposes of this part.
