In accordance with Section
(1) acquiring real estate pursuant to Section 72-5-103 ;
Terms Used In Utah Code 72-5-116
- Department: means the Department of Transportation created in Section 72-1-201. See Utah Code 72-1-102
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(2) disposing of real estate pursuant to Section 72-5-111 ;
(3) providing services that constitute property management, as defined in Section 61-2f-102 ; or
(4) leasing of real estate.
