Utah Code 73-5a-401. Records and reports

The state engineer may make rules requiring the owner of any dam to:

(1) maintain records pertaining to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the dam; or

State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

(2) submit:

(2)(a) reports to the state engineer regarding maintenance, operation, or instrumentation readings; or

(2)(b) any other data considered necessary by the state engineer.
