(1) The director shall report annually tothe Public Utilities, Energy, and Technology Interim Committee.

79-6-401 . See Utah Code 79-6-102 - State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(2) The report required in Subsection (1) shall:
(2)(a) summarize the status and development of the state‘s energy resources;
(2)(b) summarize the activities and accomplishments of the office;
(2)(c) address the director’s activities under this part;
(2)(d) recommend any energy-related executive or legislative action the director or office considers beneficial to the state, including updates to the state energy policy under Section 79-6-301 ; and
(2)(e) address long-term energy planning required under Subsection 79-6-401 (10).
