Utah Code 9-20-204. Meetings — Quorum

(1) The commission shall meet at least four times each year at the call of the chair.

Commission: means the Utah Commission on Service and Volunteerism created in Section 9-20-201. See Utah Code 9-20-102
Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.

(2) A commission quorum is a simple majority of the voting members.
