Terms Used In Utah Code > Title 53G > Chapter 11 > Part 3 - Licensed Employee Requirements

  • educator: means the same as that term is defined in Section 53E-6-102. See Utah Code 53G-11-301
  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • Process: means a writ or summons issued in the course of a judicial proceeding. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
