Terms Used In Utah Code > Title 65A > Chapter 16 > Part 3 - Water Trust
- Commissioner: means the Great Salt Lake commissioner appointed under Section 73-32-201. See Utah Code 65A-16-101
- Conservation organization: means an institution, corporation, foundation, or association that is:(2)(a) private;(2)(b) nonprofit; and(2)(c) founded for the purpose of promoting conservation of natural resources. See Utah Code 65A-16-101
- Council: means the Great Salt Lake Advisory Council created in Section 73-32-302. See Utah Code 65A-16-101
- Division: means the Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands. See Utah Code 65A-16-101
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- Grant money: means money awarded to an eligible applicant pursuant to this chapter. See Utah Code 65A-16-101
- Grantee: means an eligible applicant that receives a grant authorized under this chapter. See Utah Code 65A-16-101
- Land: includes :(18)(a) land;(18)(b) a tenement;(18)(c) a hereditament;(18)(d) a water right;(18)(e) a possessory right; and(18)(f) a claim. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
