Terms Used In Utah Code > Title 78A > Chapter 10a > Part 1 - General Provisions
- Commission: means a judicial nominating commission created under Section 78A-10a-302, 78A-10a-402, or 78A-10a-502. See Utah Code 78A-10a-101
- Commissioner: means an individual appointed by the governor to serve on a judicial nominating commission created under Section 78A-10a-302, 78A-10a-402, or 78A-10a-502. See Utah Code 78A-10a-101
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
