- Committee: means the Utah Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Advisory Committee created in Section 79-7-206. See Utah Code 79-5-102
- Division: means the Division of Outdoor Recreation. See Utah Code 79-5-102
- Land: includes :(18)(a) land;(18)(b) a tenement;(18)(c) a hereditament;(18)(d) a water right;(18)(e) a possessory right; and(18)(f) a claim. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- trail: means a multi-use path used for:
(3)(a) muscle-powered activities, including:(3)(a)(i) bicycling;(3)(a)(ii) cross-country skiing;(3)(a)(iii) walking;(3)(a)(iv) jogging; and(3)(a)(v) horseback riding; and(3)(b) uses compatible with the uses described in Subsection (3)(a), including the use of an electric assisted bicycle or motor assisted scooter, as defined in Section 41-6a-102.
