§ 810. Remuneration of directors

Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, the board of directors may set the remuneration of directors and of nondirector committee members appointed under subsection 817(a) of this title. (Added 2011, No. 84 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. April 20, 2012.)

§ 810. Prohibited acts

No professional corporation may do any act which is prohibited to be done by individual persons licensed to practice the profession which the professional corporation is organized to render. (1963, No. 218, § 11, eff. July 3, 1963.)
