  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 999. Proxies

If a member of a nonstock association be other than a natural person, such member may be represented by any individual, associate, officers, manager, or member thereof duly authorized in writing.
