Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 12 Sec. 3015

  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

§ 3015. Executor or administrator

A debt or legacy due from an executor or administrator, and other goods, effects, or credits in his or her hands, may be attached by trustee process.
