Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 13 Sec. 301

  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 301. Posting utility poles

A person who paints or posts a sign, advertisement, or notice on a telegraph, telephone, or electric light pole shall be fined $5.00 for each offense.
