Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 13 Sec. 3442

  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 3442. Penalties

A person who violates any order made under sections 3440 and 3441 of this title shall be imprisoned not more than 10 days or fined not more than $50.00, or both.
