Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 16 Sec. 2008

  • School board: means the board of school directors of a school district or its equivalent in any independent elementary or secondary school. See

§ 2008. Finality of decisions

All decisions of the school board regarding matters in dispute in negotiations shall, after full compliance with this chapter, be final. (Added 1969, No. 127, § 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1969.)
