- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Defendant: In a civil suit, the person complained against; in a criminal case, the person accused of the crime.
- drug paraphernalia: means all equipment, products, devices, and materials of any kind that are used, or promoted for use or designed for use, in planting, propagating, cultivating, growing, harvesting, manufacturing, compounding, converting, producing, processing, preparing, testing, analyzing, packaging, repackaging, storing, containing, concealing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body a regulated drug in violation of chapter 84 of this title. § 4477. Forfeiture
Upon conviction under section 4476 of this title, the defendant shall forfeit to the State all items used, promoted for use, or designed for use as drug paraphernalia. (Added 1983, No. 186 (Adj. Sess.).)
