§ 511. Actions against medical examiners

Actions taken by any person given authority under this chapter, including an assistant medical examiner, shall be considered to be actions taken by a State employee for the purposes of 3 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 29 and 12 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 189 if such actions occurred within the scope of such person’s duties. (Added 2017, No. 80, § 16.)
