Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.

§ 5250a. Short title

This chapter may be cited as the “Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.” (Added 2009, No. 119 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
