Terms Used In Vermont Statutes > Title 18 > Chapter 41 - Survey and Construction

  • Child care facility: means a child care facility or family day care home licensed or registered under 33 Vt. See

  • Venereal disease: means syphilis, gonorrhea, and any other sexually transmitted disease which the Department finds to be of significance and amenable to control. See
