Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 19 Sec. 757

§ 757. Filing of survey and appraisal

The commissioners shall also file a copy of the survey and the appraisal of damages in the town clerk’s office at the time of filing their report in the Superior Court. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
