§ 3075. Rules

The Commissioner of Public Safety may adopt rules under 3 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 25 to implement the provisions of this division and to govern the storage, transportation, and the manner of use of explosives as defined in 13 V.S.A. § 1603.
