Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 20 Sec. 3901a

  • Domestic: when applied to a corporation, company, association, or copartnership shall mean organized under the laws of this State; "foreign" when so applied, shall mean organized under the laws of another state, government, or country. See

§ 3901a. Scope

This chapter shall not apply to horses or livestock, including cattle, sheep, goats, swine, and domestic fowl. (Added 2013, No. 30, § 6.)
