- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Labor established by this chapter, or his or her authorized representative. See
- Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See
§ 1312. Publication of rules, regulations, reports
The Commissioner shall cause to be printed for distribution to the public the text of this chapter, the Board’s rules and regulations, his or her annual reports to the Governor, and any other material the Commissioner considers relevant and suitable.
