Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 23 Sec. 109
- Commissioner: shall mean in this title only the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. See
- Enforcement officers: shall include :
- Nonresident: shall include any person who does not come under the definition of a resident. See
- Operator: shall include all persons 18 years of age or over properly licensed to operate motor vehicles. See
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States may apply to the District of Columbia and any territory and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. See
§ 109. Lists of suspensions
(a) [Repealed.]
(b) Notwithstanding 1 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 5, subchapter 3, a list of all persons whose operating license, nonresident operating privileges, or privilege of an unlicensed operator to operate a vehicle is suspended or revoked in this State shall be available on request in such form as the Commissioner may determine. The list shall be available in an electronic format for law enforcement officers with computer access through the Department of Public Safety.
