§ 3510. Municipal ordinances

Municipalities shall have the power to adopt ordinances pursuant to 24 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 59 for the purpose of regulating the time, manner, and location or operation of all-terrain vehicles within their limits provided the ordinances do not controvert the provisions of this chapter.
