Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 23 Sec. 618a

  • Commissioner: shall mean in this title only the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. See
  • Donor: The person who makes a gift.
  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
  • Person: includes any natural person, corporation, association, co-partnership, company, firm, or other aggregation of individuals. See

§ 618a. Anatomical Gift Act; donor; form

The Commissioner shall provide a form that, upon the licensee’s execution, shall serve as a document of an anatomical gift under 18 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 110. An indicator shall be placed on the license of any person who has executed an anatomical gift form in accordance with this section. (Added 2009, No. 39, § 14; amended 2009, No. 119 (Adj. Sess.), § 7.)
