  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States may apply to the District of Columbia and any territory and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. See

§ 3687. Eligibility for State aid

A consolidated sewer district formed under this chapter shall be eligible to receive State aid as provided in 10 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 55 and under the terms, conditions, and procedures set forth in these chapters. (1967, No. 318 (Adj. Sess.), § 16, eff. March 22, 1968; amended 1971, No. 97, § 2, eff. April 22, 1971.)
