Funeral establishment: means a business registered with the Office conducted at a specific street address or location devoted to the practice of funeral service, and includes a limited services establishment. See

§ 1271. Prepaid arrangements

A funeral establishment that sells services or merchandise that is not to be delivered or provided within 30 days of sale has entered into a prepaid funeral arrangement and shall comply with the requirements of this subchapter.
