Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 26 Sec. 1272a

  • Funeral establishment: means a business registered with the Office conducted at a specific street address or location devoted to the practice of funeral service, and includes a limited services establishment. See

§ 1272a. Activities connected with funeral

A funeral establishment may offer food and drink in connection with a funeral, provided the establishment complies with applicable requirements of the Department of Health. (Added 1997, No. 40, § 22d.)
