- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See
§ 4184. Application for and issuance of license
To become a licensed midwife, a person shall apply to the Director on a form the Director shall furnish. The application shall be accompanied by the specified fee and evidence that the person meets the eligibility requirements of section 4183 of this title. (Added 1999, No. 133 (Adj. Sess.), § 44, eff.
