Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments and all rights thereto and interests therein, and pews or slips in places of public worship shall be treated as real estate. See

§ 343. Conveyance of wife’s real estate

A husband and wife, by their joint deed, may convey the real estate of the wife as she might do by her separate deed if unmarried.
