§ 615. Wetland permit

No encumbrance on record title to real estate or effect on marketability shall be created by failure to obtain or comply with a permit of the secretary of natural resources pursuant to 10 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 37. (Added 2009, No. 31, § 10.)
