- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Domestic: when applied to a corporation, company, association, or copartnership shall mean organized under the laws of this State; "foreign" when so applied, shall mean organized under the laws of another state, government, or country. See
§ 824. Application for dissolution
An application for such an order and disposition of property may be made by a director of the Vermont Domestic Missionary Society when duly authorized by the board of directors or the executive committee of the board of directors of the society, or by a member of the church, upon a verified complaint setting forth the facts authorizing the order and disposition of property.
