- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Corrections. See
- Department: means the Department of Corrections. See
- Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See
§ 704. Disposition when person recovers
When the Commissioner of Mental Health determines that a person whose sentence has not expired no longer requires to be under the supervision of the Department of Mental Health, the Commissioner shall return the person to the custody of the Commissioner in accordance with 18 Vt.
