§ 164. Leases
The Governor may lease any land he or she deems can be used to advantage by the State in connection with any State institution or department. Leases so entered into shall be kept on file in the office of the Secretary of State. The Commissioner of Finance and Management shall issue his or her warrants for obligations incurred under the provisions of this section. (Amended 1977, No. 253 (Adj. Sess.), § 3; 1983, No. 195 (Adj.
