Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 30 Sec. 119

  • Municipality: shall include a city, town, town school district, incorporated school or fire district or incorporated village, and all other governmental incorporated units. See

§ 119. Notice to municipality

Notice of such proceedings shall be given to the municipality in which the cemetery is located and such municipality shall be a party to the proceedings for all purposes.
