- Juror: A person who is on the jury.
- Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
§ 1754. Entry and detainer
On trial for entry and detainer, there shall be allowed $0.50 each warrant, $1.00 to each of the justices, $2.00 to the party recovering, and $1.00 to each juror.
