- Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 2506. Penalties
Any person who uses the Market Vermont logo without authority, after it has been filed with the Secretary of State in accordance with section 2504 of this title, shall be deemed to have committed an unfair or deceptive act or practice within the meaning of 9 V.S.A. § 2453 and shall be subject to the penalties and injunctive authority provided in 9 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 63. (Added 1991, No. 182 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
