Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 5 Sec. 1020

  • Person: means an individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, joint stock association, or body politic, including a trustee, receiver, assignee, or other similar representative. See

§ 1020. Penalties

A person who violates a provision of this chapter or any rule, order, or ruling adopted or made pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than $500.00 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.
