- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

§ 4088c. Chemotherapy treatment
(a) A health insurance plan shall provide coverage for medically necessary growth cell stimulating factor injections taken as part of a prescribed chemotherapy regimen.
(b) As used in this section, “health insurance plan” means an individual or group health insurance policy, hospital or medical service corporation service contract, or health maintenance organization health benefit plan offered, issued, or renewed in this State.
