  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 2443f. Enforcement

A person who violates a provision of this chapter commits an unfair and deceptive act in commerce in violation of section 2453 of this title. (Added 2019, No. 89 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
