  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 2482j. Violations

A person who violates this subchapter commits an unfair and deceptive act in trade and commerce in violation of section 2453 of this title. (Added 2018, No. 4 (Sp. Sess.), § 1.)
