- Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Health. See
- Congener: means a specific PBDE molecule. See
- Flame retardant: means any chemical that is added to a plastic, foam, or textile to inhibit flame formation. See
