Any person violating the provisions of this chapter may be enjoined from continuing such violation by application by the Board for relief to a circuit court having jurisdiction over the offending party.
Terms Used In Virginia Code 32.1-276.11
- Board: means the Board of Health. See Virginia Code 32.1-276.3
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Person: means an individual, corporation, partnership, or association or any other legal entity. See Virginia Code 32.1-3
