Any party may appeal from the judgment of the general district court, as in case of warrants for small claims under Chapter 6 of Title 16.1, and such appeal shall be heard and determined in like manner, as appeals under such chapter.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
